1. Introduction

Welcome to Acopaindia (managed by Artz Trust). By registering for our football tournaments, accessing our website, or using our online payment services, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following Terms and Conditions. Please review them carefully before registering your team.

2. Team Registration & Eligibility

• All players and teams must meet the age and documentation requirements specified for the respective tournament category.
• Valid ID proofs (Aadhar card, birth certificates, etc.) must be provided upon request by tournament officials.
• Acopaindia reserves the right to disqualify any team found using overage players, submitting forged documents, or violating registration rules, without any refund.

3. Online Payments, Cancellations & Refund Policy

• Entry Fees: Registration is only confirmed once the full entry fee is successfully processed through our online payment gateway.
• Cancellations by Teams: If a team withdraws from the tournament up to 7 days before the scheduled start date, a 50% refund will be issued. No refunds will be granted for cancellations made less than 7 days before the event.
• Cancellations by Organizers: In the event that Acopaindia cancels the tournament due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g., extreme weather, government regulations), a full refund of the entry fee will be initiated within 7-10 business days.
• Payment Gateway Errors: If an amount is deducted from your bank account but the registration fails, the amount will typically auto-refund via your bank within 5-7 working days. Please contact us with your transaction ID if the issue persists.

4. Tournament Rules & Code of Conduct

• The referee's decision on the field is final and binding. Arguments, abusive language, or physical altercations with match officials or opposing teams will lead to immediate disqualification.
• Teams must report to the venue at least 30 minutes before their scheduled kick-off time. Failure to do so may result in a walkover awarded to the opposing team.
• Any damage caused to the stadium, turf, or property by a team or its supporters will be billed directly to the respective team manager/captain.

5. Health, Safety & Liability

• Football is a contact sport. While Acopaindia provides basic first-aid at the venue, the organizers and Artz Trust are not liable for any injuries, medical emergencies, or loss of personal belongings that occur during the tournament.
• Team managers are responsible for ensuring their players are medically fit to participate.

6. Media, Photography & Data Privacy

By participating in Acopaindia events, players and team officials grant the organizers the right to use photographs, video recordings, and team names for promotional purposes on our website, social media, and gallery pages.

Your payment and personal details provided during online registration are strictly used for tournament administration and are never sold to third parties.
